Trojan Horse??

how do i get rid of trojan horse? And trojan start up? I have used Norton and it says its not there i have used spy bot and it says its detected and deleted.. However i then used a different anti viris called AGV and this says trojan horse is still around. So this anti viris deleted it now 30 mins later it says its app back what is it and how do i know its completely gone?? It keeps making my system re-boot

I suggest safe mode;

Update and use your own antivirus or download one of the antivirus tools below and along with the spyware doctor and update them and restart your computer in safe mode ( tap F-8) during startup, then scan with the antivirus and the spyware doctor while in safe mode, this should find it so you can remove it; Please note that you should only run antivirus on your computer at one time,
