Try booting up in Safe mode. First turn on the computer %26 press F8 to go into safe mode. Then peform a virus scan.... It might be able to help.

download a program called spyware doctor from www.downloads.com and install it and update it and then go to www.serials.ws and get a key for it and register it and scan good luck
