open the computer (turn off and unplug first!!!) then look for the agp port on your motherboard and fit it in there. make sure you unscrew the backplate so the connections can go to the outside. screw in the backplate of the card, close case and startup the computer install drivers and your done!

Assuming you have an AGP slot on your motherboard (it's a tan or brown slot and it's further back from the back of the case than your PCI slots which would be cream or white in color).

You will have to unscrew a mounting screw at the back of your computer tower, which is used to hold the card in the slot once it is in. Sometimes there are "dummy" panel covers screwed into place so that the back of the case isn't just open and you would remove that panel cover. Set the video card into the slot and gently press down on the top of the card, pushing it into the slot. You want to press either end of the card from the top to make sure it's seated in the slot. You will notice a notch at the top of the metal back of the slot which you then screw down using the screw you removed earlier.
